01 / Consulting work

From first question to real use

Ideas need
evidence.

I work where AI ambition meets the practical questions: who needs it, what should be tested, where is the value, and what would make it last?

Strategy · Prototypes · Adoption

What I bring to the table

A useful idea should survive contact with the real world.

I’ve worked across early-stage innovation, client AI strategy, and hands-on prototyping. The throughline is getting beyond a compelling demo to something people can use and organisations can sustain.

A way of working

Make the uncertain
thing testable.

  1. 01

    Start with the user need

Anchor the work in the job-to-be-done, stakeholder pressure, and the moments where AI would actually change behaviour.

  2. 02

    Prototype the risky bit

Build the smallest credible proof around the uncertain part: workflow fit, data quality, model reliability, or service adoption.

  3. 03

    Test commercial value

Use evidence from users, market sizing, ROI logic, and delivery constraints to decide what deserves more investment.

  4. 04

    Scale what survives

Turn the proof into operating change: governance, handover, adoption planning, and the unglamorous details that make it stick.

Beyond client work

I build things, too.

Personal products are where I can take an idea all the way from a small frustration to something tangible.
